To register online, please proceed to the "Registration Info > Available Programs" page. You'll be able to fill out a Player Registration Form, create your own login for this website, and submit a payment. Proof of Age, Proof of Residency, and Medical Release documents will need to be submitted in person on registration day, tryouts, or first practice.

If you'd prefer to fill out a Player Registration Form and submit payment in person instead of through this website, please meet us on Tryouts Day, February 25th, 2023 from noon to 2:00pm at Perigot Park (baseball/softball fields in Blue Lake.)

For your child to participate in our league, the four following items must be provided:

Player Registration Form - You can print and fill out your own copy of the Player Registration Form, or fill out a copy provided on Registration Day.
Medical Release Form - You can print and fill out your own copy of the Medical Release Form.
Proof of Age - Bring an original copy of your child's birth certificate to registration day, tryouts, or first practice. A copy will be made and the original returned immediately.
Proof of Residency - If your child attends Blue Lake School, Fieldbrook School, or Maple Creek School, the easiest way to prove residency is by completing a School Verification Form. Copies of this form are available in the office at Blue Lake and Fieldbrook School. If your child does not attend one of these schools, three items will need to be brought to Registration Day to prove residency within our league boundary. Details on these three items are available on the Residence Eligibility document. (This requirement applies only to children playing in the Minors or Majors division. T-Ball players are exempt from this requirement.)

Scholarships are available for families who need it. No child is turned away. There are two ways to apply:
1. Register for play and indicate you'll pay by check. Then email the league at [email protected] requesting a full or partial scholarship for your player(s.)
2. Apply for the T-Mobile Little League Call-Up Grant: https://www.littleleague.org/call-up-grant-program/instructions/
Recipients are mailed a debit card to be used when registering through our league website.
